Our farm management service provides anyone with a parcel of land the opportunity to turn their land into profit.
An experienced team of farm managers will assess your land, create a cultivation plan, execute and monitor farming activities until harvest time and also help you sell your produce. Therefore making your land worth your while.
Whether you own a land or lease a land inside our farm estate OR you own at least 5 acres of land outside our farm estate, you can benefit immensely from this service.

a). Must own or have a farm land leased in any of our farm estates

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT FARM MANAGEMENT SERVICE
There must be an initial assessment of your farm land before we agree on which management package best soothes your needs. You will receive necessary information about your farm and all you need to do to make your farm profitable after our initial farm assessment.

WHEN YOU OWN OR LEASE A FARM LAND INSIDE THE TLF ESTATE
If you own or are leasing a farm land inside any of our farm estates, your initial assessment will include
– a cultivation plan
– monitoring and control plan
– farm inputs recommendation
– recommendation of crops to plant

WHEN YOUR FARM LAND IS OUTSIDE THE TLF ESTATE
If your farm land is outside any of our farm estates, your initial assessment will include
– initial farm assessment report
– a cultivation plan
– monitoring and control plan
– farm inputs recommendation
– recommendation of crops to plant
