TUNDELANIRAN FARMS Estates sits on over 1200 Acres of Land with over 500 Acres currently cultivated. We retain at least 70% of entire land areas in the estates so you know we are fully vested. Cassava is planted to provide steady raw-material for our processing unit.

• farm management dashboard (real time updates and automatic email notifications of activity progress on farm land to owners)
• friendly and round the clock customer service
• experienced farm managers and ready off-takers for harvested crops
• relisting service of farm land for owners who want to resell after a period of time

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Ownership documents:
• Deed of assignment (this can be described as land sale agreement and is prepared by our legal team. Mandatory upon farm land purchase)
• Land survey document (this is a government document that shows the exact coordinates of the parcel of land and is procured from the surveyor general’s office of the state. Mandatory upon farm land purchase)
• Certificate of Occupancy (this is a government document procured from the state and signed by the governor’s office. Not mandatory and can be procured by farm land owner at later date

• Farm Management service:
• farm land owner will sign a farm management agreement, giving us authority to manage farm land on their behalf
• we cultivate cassava on farm land on behalf of farm land owner
• enrollment of farm land owners on our farm management dashboard software
• guaranteed purchase of harvested produce from our processing unit

• Deed of assignment and farm management agreement will be signed electronically and soft copies sent via email initially. Hard copies of all documents with be sent to farm land owners preferred mailing address at no cost once documents from the government are ready. Documents can also be picked up from any of our offices.

FOR NON NIGERIANS:
